Very professional company! my basement got flooded in one of my properties in Boston. I called 911 Restoration and their response was very fast, less than 30 minutes. The team was very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely keep them on my speed dial in case something happens in my other properties!

David at 911 Restoration was great. He was able to fit me in the schedule quickly and arrived right on time that day. After a review of the basement he presented me with a few options and answered all my questions. When he arrived the day of cleaning he and his team were polite and helpful. I was extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend them

911 Restoration's Project Manager David Pfistner is a true professional. He's pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, articulate. He gave him me a clear understanding of the steps necessary to dry and remove 2 ceilings. As a home owner I was horrified by this problem. But David's calm manner and obvious experience reassured me immediately. He has a very efficient, polite team working with him. He left my rooms in excellent shape as he headed out this afternoon. I know that my ceilings will look great because of the care being used by this Trained Professional David Pfistner and his team. These men take great pride in their work.
